Selling is a process which involves:

  • Learning about your product; you can’t sell what you don’t know

  • Prospecting; you need to identify potential customers

  • Approach; Whom to meet? Whom to query? Who makes decisions?

  • Need Assessment; What is required? What you can provide? Value for customer?

  • Present your Offer; What can you provide? When can you provide it? Emphasize on Values and Benefits

  • Close the Deal; Agree on terms and sign a contract

  • Follow up; Make sure the customer is getting the value you discussed and all documentation is in order as well as ensure that they are satisfied with what they are getting

Fact: You need to learn sales to earn sales.
