Stop Multitasking
People believe they can do many things all at once.
The truth is that the mind can only handle one job at a time.
When you try to do many things at once, you are not only sacrificing the accuracy of your work, you are also sacrificing efficiency.
Multitasking is a myth we have all been conditioned to believe. In fact, people who cannot multitask are looked down upon.
However, the really successful people will tell you that they only concentrate on one thing at a time. This helps them complete their tasks better and they get a sense of fulfillment.
Multitasking on the other hand divides your attention. The result is that all tasks attempted have some shortcoming.
Therefore, stop multitasking and instead develop a habit of concentrating on one task at a time and to do that task more efficiently.
